Shipping

General information

An order is handed over to DHL no later than the next working day after payment has been received into our bank account.

A DHL courier picks up the shipments from our shipping warehouse once a day between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (CET).

After each change in the shipment status, the customer receives an email from DHL (please check your SPAM folder!).

We have no influence on occasional collection and/or delivery delays.

Responsibility / transfer of risk

After we have handed over an order to the shipping service, you must pay attention to the status changes that you receive by email from DHL and react accordingly if any problems arise.

The shipping service only sends the status changes to the email address of the invoice recipient specified in our shop (please check your SPAM folder!).

We generally send export shipments EXW from the warehouse in Marl (Germany).

Any additional costs that may arise (customs fees, address changes, returns, etc.) are borne by the recipient or purchaser of the goods.

After the goods have been handed over to the shipping service, the invoice recipient assumes responsibility for transport and delivery.

Shipping / delivery time

GERMANY: DHL Paket Standard, online shipment tracking, liability up to EUR 500.00, delivery time approx. 1 to 3 working days.

EU COUNTRIES: DHL Weltpaket Premium, online shipment tracking, liability up to EUR 500.00, delivery time approx. 2 to 7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL: DHL Weltpaket Premium, online shipment tracking, liability up to EUR 500.00, delivery time approx. 4 to 15 working days.
