General Information

The transfer of the goods to the shipping service DHL happens latest the next business day after receipt of the payment on our bank account or receipt of the Email notification of a payment by Sofortüberweisung.de. A shippment notification Email will be sent by the shipping service automatically to the recipient by Email.

Responsibility / transfer of risk

After the goods have been picked up by the shipping service, you must pay attention to status messages and respond appropriately in case of problems. The status messages will be sent by the shipping service only to the specified Email address, which has been used to register the account in our shop. Please keep a watch on your spam folder too.

We ship generally EXW from our stock in Marl (Germany). All costs (shipping, customs charges, address changes, etc.) must be paid by the receiver. After the handover of the goods to the shipping service the invoice recipient is responsible for transport and delivery.

Shipping / delivery time

Shipping is via DHL. Collection from us takes place once a day. The tracking number for the parcel will be sent to the Orderer notified by email from DHL.

Shipments to Germany and countries of the European Union arrive in most cases within 1 to 4 working days at the recipients address. Shipments to countries outside the European Union have a delivery time of approx 4 to 12 working days.

The shipping service provider occasionally experiences collection and delivery delays, which we unfortunately have no influence to.

GERMANY and EU countries: DHL Package Standard, with online tracking, running time approximately 1 to 4 working days after collection.
INTERNATIONAL: DHL World Package Premium, online tracking, delivery time approximately 4 to 12 working days after collection.

Costs for packaging and shipping

The prices below are net prices plus possible charges. The exact shipping costs will be included in the processing of the order and are listed in the proforma invoice (order confirmation and payment information) we will send it to the customer as soon as possible by email.
