Ordering and processing

Once you have logged into your account, simply place the desired items into your shopping cart. If you click "Shopping Cart", you can change the desired quantities or remove items. To complete your purchase, please click "Checkout". The further course is self-explanatory.

Important: In this internet shop is no direct payment of the goods possible during the ordering process. You will get an automated order confirmation after you have completed your purchase. Upon receipt of your order, our staff will check the availability, pack the goods for shipment and determine the shipping costs. Then you will receive a detailed "Payment Information" via email, with which you can make the payment for the goods. After receiving the "Payment Information" the items ordered (especially brand items) are reserved 7 days for the customer.
On weekends and public holidays we do not process orders. The processing of an order may be delayed up to three business days due to increased order receipt after weekends, after sending a newsletter or seasonal affective!

Minimum purchase amount and quantity

With each order we expect a total item quantity of 2 units (same or different items) and a total value of goods of at least 149,- Euro (net). If one or both conditions where not met, we charge a low order fee of 20% (net) of the total value of goods, but at least 20,- Euro (net).

Dropshipping

If you want to offer and sell our products in your online shop or on Ebay etc, you can participate in our Dropshipping service. Dropshipping means, that we send the ordered items directly to your customers. For more information please read: Dropshipping.

Payment Methods

For customers from outside Germany we do NOT accept payment by Credit Cards, all kinds of Checks, Western Union, PayPal or any other payment method as the following:

• Bank Transfer (payment in advance)
• Sofortüberweisung.de (available for customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium)

For customers abroad Germany other methods of payment are generally not possible!

Tax-free deliveries

An tax exempt supply to another EU Member State (intra-Community supply) is only possible if we have a valid VAT registration number of the foreign customer.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union shall be tax free.

Notwithstanding the above, we charge for deliveries to addresses in Germany, basically 19% VAT!

Shipping and delivery time

The transfer of the goods to the shipping service UPS happens latest the next business day after receipt of the payment on our bank account or receipt of the email notification on a payment via Sofortüberweisung.de.
The delivery time to customers in Germany takes 1 to 3 days and to customers outside of Germany about 2 to 8 days. A shipping/tracking notification will be sent automatically to the recipient via email.

The total weight of a package will be determined after the orderprocess. The cost of packing and shipping will be noted in the "Payment Information".
